Appointments and confirmation
Online times reserve a chair for the selected services. Color, highlights, and perm requests may require staff confirmation.
Starting prices
A “from” price is not a guaranteed final quote. Hair length, condition, design, product, and the independent barber or stylist can affect the final amount. The provider confirms personalized pricing before work.
Changes and cancellation
Use the secure link supplied after booking to change or cancel before the appointment starts. For urgent or same-day help, call the shop at (480) 830-9109.
Customer information
Tijeras collects only the contact and appointment information needed to operate booking, communicate changes, and keep an accurate service history. Marketing consent is separate and optional.
Security and retention
Management links are high-entropy secrets stored only as digests. Historical appointment records are retained for operational integrity; public pages do not expose customer information.
Media
Customer or staff media is published only after source, rights, and placement review. Contact the shop to request review or withdrawal of an image associated with you.
Website analytics
Public pages can be measured with Google Analytics 4 so the shop can see which services and pages people look for. Measurement is off unless it has been switched on for the live site, and it never runs anywhere else.
What is measured is deliberately narrow. Advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google Signals are switched off, and ads-data redaction is switched on. Addresses are rebuilt from a fixed list of public pages before anything is sent, so query strings, page fragments, and the individual service or gallery you opened are not included, and a referring site is reduced to its address only.
Your private appointment link and your account pages are never counted as page views. From those pages the only thing recorded is whether a reschedule or a cancellation succeeded, and whether it came from a secure link or from an account. No name, email address, phone number, note, date, time, confirmation reference, barber, or management link is ever sent.
You can switch measurement off for this device. The choice is stored in this browser, takes effect immediately, and deletes the analytics cookies this site has set.
This device allows website analytics when the shop enables it for the live site.
